Lab Section:
A lab dip is a swatch of fabric test dyed to hit a color standard. It is a process by which buyer’s supplied swatch / pantone reference is matched with the varying dyes percentage in the laboratory with or without help of spectra photometer.
Dyeing Section
Dyeing section mainly give the color in raw tape which is white according to the buyer’s expected color. As swatch (Fabric) or color code follows that to make the same color tape. Needs minimum 3 to 4 hours to bring the actual color. After completing dyeing they use to iron the tape to make it dry.
